今日は金曜日、講師コラムの日です。

 

子どもたちが学校に徐々に戻り始めているので

曜日感覚も少しずつ戻ってきた私です(^^;

 

私の県では来週から分散登校が始まるのですが

クラスを分割することにより

結果的に授業コマ数がいつもより増え

ブランク開けからいきなりキツイ日程となり

ブルーになっています・・・。

体力持つかなぁ。。。

 

おっと、話が逸れてしまいましたが

今日の講師コラム担当は【ジョイ講師】です。

 

Englishbudsで一番若いジョイ講師ですが

すでに1児のママでもあります。

 

どの年齢層のレッスンも

そつなくこなしてくれますが

ジョイ講師の強みが一番発揮されるのは

やはりベビーちゃんから幼児ちゃん向けのレッスンですね。

 

現役ママの語り掛けはやはり違いますね♪

 

今私の子どもは17歳と14歳ですが

14、5年ちょっと前のことなのに

その当時どんな言葉かけをしていたか

もう全然覚えていないという・・・(^^;

 

現役ママには敵いません。。。

 

そのジョイ講師ですが

素敵なママであるために心掛けていることを

今日は披露してくれています。

How to stress less while staying at home with toddler/toddlers.

I was 22 years old when I got pregnant and at the age of 23 I gave birth to my first born child, it’s a little bit difficult transitioning from life of an adult who’s responsible only for herself to a stay home mom. At first I had no idea how to properly manage my time, I woke up when my baby did and I had no goals for the day. As a mother there are many problems you encounter but seeing your little one grow and become smarter everyday is very fulfilling.Life with a baby is a wonderful and difficult journey but I learned so many things in the process. So I decided to collect some tips that come to my mind and finally share it to everyone.

WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING
I have an insomnia, so it’s difficult for me to sleep during the night I usually sleep around 1am before but since the day I became a mother I was able to manage my sleeping pattern. When I realized how little we can accomplish during the day the first adjustment I made was to set an alarm and woke up early. Waking up early can be a huge benefit, people who woke up early tend to be more confident,more organized, healthy and happy people.

ORGANIZE YOUR MORNING ROUTINE
The key to a productive day is getting a good start in the morning, As a stay home mom I started my day by preparing breakfast for my little boy once his done I eat my breakfast as well and then prepare myself for the classes in the morning.Once I’m done with my work as an online teacher I prepare his bath and then spend time with him, we play with his toys and read story books sometimes.Those things become my habit everyday my body and brain adopted the process and I easily adjust to my morning schedule.

DO SOMETHING YOU LIKE
Being a mother is a little bit stressed, sometimes set aside those problems and think of ways to make your time more enjoyable.I so love watching animes, cooking and listening to music these are the things I usually do to set a positive mood. And it really helps.

PLAY WITH YOUR KIDS
Children crave times with parents.It make them feel special, playing with kids builds a bond that last forever it lets the child know that he or she is appreciated.It is also great stress reducer for over worked parents. So everyday I spend time with my son playing with his ball, cars and even watch nursery rhymes with him. Play time can be use to teach your child patience, problem solving and social skills.

BE HEALTHY
A famous quote says ” You’re what you eat” It’s simply says that a person becomes related to the food that they ingest. Here are some healthy tips I read and apply in my daily life.
1.Eat three time a day (Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner)
2.Avoid eating raw or under cooked meats of any type
3.Spend some of your time exercising
4.Eat more fruits and vegetables
5.Sleep early
6.Meditation helps your mental health

These are the things I learned for the past 2 years with the help and guidance of our family my partner and I are able to raise our son properly. I hope these things will help everyone who is reading this. It’s a simple guide to make our daily lives more productive. Thank you

とこのStay Home期間中思いましたねぇ。。。

 

特に何も予定が入っていない日の朝は

ダラダラしてしまって

本当にダメ人間だぁ・・・

自己嫌悪になっていましたよ・・・(^^;

 

これから学校が始まることで

強制的に私の生活も規則正しくなることと思いますが

しばらくはこれまでのぐうたら生活の反動で

厳しい日々が続きそうです。。。( -_-)
