バズを作った人がちょっと頭がおかしい人なので
いろいろやりたい放題やりたいことを次々と企画しているので
年々バズは型にはまらないスクールになってきていると思いますが
講師はどのように思っているのでしょうか。
「なかなかこれまで言えなかったけど、
Mommy、君は頭がおかしいよ」
と誰からかそのうち言われるんじゃないかと怯えていますが
（だったらちゃんとやれ？）
今日の担当マデルは何を語ってくれるでしょう。

The things I learned and love about Englishbuds by Madel
Good day, everyone!! I am hoping that you are all safe and healthy… Covid 19 has been giving us some hard blows since last year, but I do trust that we can get through this rough time soon… Anyway, today I would like to share my experience as one of the teachers here at Englishbuds..
It has been 3 years since I first started giving lessons for Englishbuds students. I can still remember how awkward and nervous I was during my first month as an online teacher.. Thanks to my sister, Mommy Kayo, my students and to you, Mommies and Daddies, I was able to overcome all those awkwardness and nervousness, and became more comfortable and confident about my skills to give lessons to my students..
Englishbuds is the very first online English school that I have ever worked for, so I cannot really compare it to other online schools. But I can say that Englishbuds is very committed into giving the best service that we can give to help our learners enjoy and love learning English. Over the years I have seen how Englishbuds keep finding and developing new ways to make learning English so much more fun for our young learners. Keeping them interested in learning a language is a must to make sure that they can truly absorb what they are learning… I have also learned the importance of finding the right approach in handling our students to be able to make them comfortable and confident about themselves and their ability to communicate with others using a foreign language…
Teaching a foreign language is never easy… But it surely is AMAZINGLY FUN… And seeing how your students learned to enjoy English, and witnessing how they improve day by day is just so rewarding and overwhelming… I can truly say that it is one of the best feelings in the world…
Here at Englishbuds, we also aim to help our young learners to believe that they can be good at anything that they would like to do while we are helping them develop their English… We do our best to help them find and enhance their strengths… At the same we help them face and accept their weaknesses so they can find ways to improve that part of them…
I have mentioned above that we do our best to help our students become more confident about their abilities, but I can proudly say that Englishbuds has also helped me a lot in building my self-confidence… Thank you so much, Mommy Kayo for giving me this wonderful opportunity to be a part of Englishbuds… Thank you to my sister, Teacher Mel, for always supporting me and guiding me… Thank you, Mommies and Daddies for letting your lovable children learn English with me… Thank you, my precious students, you all are AMAZING…

良かった、crazyとか言われなくって(^^;
メルと私だけでスタートしたEnglishbudsですが
始めたころには予想もしなかったくらい会員様が増え、
メルだけでは十分なコマ数のレッスンが提供できなくなりました。
そこで白羽の矢が立ったのがメルの妹であるマデルです。
マデルはオンライン英会話スクールで働いた
キャリアこそありませんでしたが
子どもが大好きで子どもの面倒を見るスキルは
メル以上のものがあるということで
シャイで引っ込み思案のマデルを引っ張り出し
講師になってもらいました。
最初は緊張して初々しいマデルでしたが
今ではバズを支える屋台骨となってくれています(^^)
メルの代わりではなく
「マデルじゃないと。」「マデルがいい。」と
たくさんの生徒さんがマデルのレッスンを受講くださっています。
本当にありがたいことだなぁと。。。
マデルはバズの会員様に育てていただきました！

以前よりも自信が付き、
キラキラと輝く女性になってくれたと思っています。
今後もマデル自身も成長し続けてくれると思います！
