I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks for your understanding and concern during these difficult times. Last December 16, 2021, Super Typhoon Odette (Rai) has heavily impacted Cebu City, Philippines where my family and I live. A portion of our roof was destroyed but we are grateful that every one in our family is safe. Up until today, we still have no electricity, wired internet connection and limited water supply especially in our area at the Southern part of the city. I apologize for the classes that I have cancelled due to lack of utilities. A week after the typhoon, there was zero signal in my place. Thankfully, our mobile signal has been restored now so I can already communicate our situation to all of you.

Thank you very much for your understanding and moral support during these difficult times. The severe typhoon may have destroyed our homes and devastated our city, but we take comfort in the thought that we are not alone. It means a lot to read your message of concern and support. I miss my classes with you all. Grateful to be a part of Englishbuds and looking forward to better days ahead as we start recover from the impacts of the typhoon and continue to resume my lessons with more motivation and zest.
