シニガン、アドボを勧めてくれる講師は多かったですが

ビコールエクスプレスという料理は今回が初めてですね✨



他の東南アジア料理と違って

フィリピン料理にはあまり辛い料理は多くはないのですが

このブコールエクスプレスは辛いですね。

辛いもの好きの私としては

是非次回フィリピンに行ったときに挑戦してみたいです♪
