【講師コラム】ジョイ講師 No.8～I’m happy to be part of the team in Englishbuds～

I’ve been teaching English for the past 3 years and I worked in different online English schools. I used to teach Chinese students and young professionals. It’s the usual process of learning English by using the learning materials provided by the company. The downside was some students found it boring. While teaching, I realized that English can be a fun thing to learn if you make the learning environment more calm and have interesting learning materials.

After I joined Englishbuds 1 year ago, I realized that there are so many ways to learn and to teach children that includes playing games with a fun interaction between student and teacher, reading books that the students are interested with.
One thing I realized is that learning should be something that motivates the learners and that’s the best practice we can offer. We don’t push our students to learn particular matters but we let them explore their curiosity.

This is the best thing that Englishbuds can offer to all young learners. I am glad I’m one of the teacher here and I’m happy to learn a lot from my student who are very proactive and kind. As we continue our program here in Englishbuds, we will make sure that everyone will learn the best from us. Teaching needs passion and dedication that is why we don’t just teach just to earn, we teach because we love and care for our adorable learners. I’m happy to be part of the team in Englishbuds.
