Japan has captured my heart! by Glaze
Japan is a country I have long wanted to visit, and one of the world’s most chaotic & quirky cities (Tokyo), a long history of culture & tradition. I have heard a lot of good and wonderful things about Japan, the first thing is obviously the natural beauty of the country, the stunning, diverse scenery with mountains and breath-taking views.
I am also interested to know about their technology, their inventions and Japan is perhaps best known internationally for its technologically advanced cities. I would love to visit robotics exhibitions at Miraikan – The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation in Tokyo’s Odaiba district, and experience a ride on the lighting-fast Shinkansen trains, a trip to Japanese promises adventure around every corner.
I should definitely pay a visit to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial, which commemorates the victims of the 1945 atomic bomb, as well as Shirakawago and Gokayama, historic villages which feature unique thatched-roof dwellings. This would be very interesting and exciting to know the history of the place. It would be lovely and very thrilling, too, to visit Hirosaki Castle Park and Shinjuku Gyoen, located in the heart of Tokyo. This would be the best places to experience the blooming flowers.
I am Green Panther and I love nature so much. Climbing Mount Fuji is at the top of my bucket list. Mount Fuji which is famous all over the world as a place to visit during any season of the year. I would also like to take a tourist hot spot like the Mieji Shrine; Sensō-ji temple; Ueno Park for remarkable cherry blossom viewing in Spring, Tokyo Tower for impressive views at sunset and Tokyo Disneyland.
It is also exhilarating to visit Hokkaido, I am very interested to its history, and its scenery. Huge mountains, vast blue lakes, parkland, volcanoes, valleys, cliff-lined coasts, and everything in between. I would love to have a fantastic experience in Hokkaido where I can experience skiing in the snow, I can see drifting ice, and taking icebreaker cruise amongst the floes and keep my eyes peeled with sea eagles.
I am fascinated to indulge in diverse Japanese cuisine like sushi, ramen, sukiyaki, yakiniku sashimi, and its great seafood. I would also like to try their delicious street food like Takoyaki. I would love to have the opportunity to indulge in some authentic Kaiseki food. I would also like to eat their wagashi especially the dorayaki, anmitsu, mizu-yokan, nerikiri and many more. Wow! I believe dishes in Japan would make my mouth water.
It’s hard not to love Japan. Beautiful and evocative, Japan awakens my imagination and capture my heart.
