今日は金曜日。

一週間が本当に早いです💦



本当に今年もあっという間に

もう1年が終わった~!

ということになりそうです。。。




そう思うと

毎日毎日しっかりと意識していないと

今年の抱負なんて忘れてしまいそうですね。。。



というか、

すでに今年の抱負はなんだったか

思い出せない私・・・( ̄▽ ̄; 

老化現象が止まりません💦





ここで気を取り直して

バズ最年少講師マリア先生の

新年の抱負を聞くことにして

気持ちを切り替えてみたいと思います!

New Year’s Resolution

New year is one of most anticipated days of the year. All over the world, people celebrate new year joyfully with their families and loved ones. For most, new year means a new beginning or new life. It is the first day of the year, a fresh start. A year has just passed and a new one is waving. There may be sad events in the year 2021 but it is already part of the past. It is good to just leave it there. It is better to leave all negativities behind. It is best to start anew and only bring positivity. Since there is a change of year, a change of person is also possible. Everything can change, and for most people, new year is the best moment to start. This is what we call “New Year’s Resolution”. New year’s resolution is always directed to something better. The goal is to become good, to improve, and to develop oneself. A bad habit can be changed into a good habit. An unpleasing attitude can turn into a pleasing one. A negative personality can become a positive personality.

My new year’s resolution is to wake up early in the morning and be productive. Last year, I usually wake up late and it affects my productivity throughout the day. When I wake up late, I become lazy to do things. When I sleep too much, I become dizzy. That is why I find it a good aspect to change. So, I made it as my new year’s resolution. Now, I am already waking up early in the morning. I become more motivated to work and teach my students. I can also perform other things aside from work. I exercise, walk my dogs, do chores and other tasks. After each day, I feel very much more productive.

We all have different negative traits that we want to change. It may be hard at first but it is worth it and feels really good to see that you are growing and improving. We just need to be courageous and motivated to make it. Don’t doubt yourself. As what I always say to my students, “Go, go, go! You can do it!”



マリアの今年の抱負は【早起き】なんですね~。



私は必要に迫られて

毎朝5時半起きですが

基本的に夜更かしなので

いつも寝不足です💦


元々ロングスリーパーなので

「もっと寝たい!」と常に不満たらたらなのですが

確かにマリアが言うように

寝過ぎると逆に体調が悪くなったりしますよね。。。




丁度良いのだとポイジティブに

考えていくことにしようかな~と思いました!



今年の抱負をすっかり忘れてしまった私ですが

自分を信じて少しでもよくなれるよう

頑張っていきたいと思います~。

“Go, go, go! You can do it!”
